As to compliant with the support of EDNS described under RFC2671 for better DNS performance. Net Onboard has arranged the New Management Platform for client that susbcribed to Managed DNS / Domain Forwarding.
Client whose subscribed to Net Onboard Managed DNS / Domain Forwarding
Action Taken by Net Onboard:
Migrate All Existing DNS Record of Managed DNS / Domain Forwarding to New Platform along with change of Name Servers for Client Domain Purchased from Net Onboard.
Action Required by You:
i) If your Domain is not Purchase from Net Onboard, you are required to Update the Name Server as per provided by Net Onboard and Re-Validate if DNS service is functional after the change.
ii) If your Domain is Purchased from Net Onboard, you are required to Re-Validate if DNS service is functional after the change.
How to Manage DNS Record under New Platform:
STEP1: Login to Net Onboard billing client portal via http://billing.netonboard.com
STEP2: Click on Services
STEP3: Look for the respective domain name (eg: xyz123.net) and click on it
STEP4: Under Manage Product, click on "Go to Control Panel" - this will bring to the Managed DNS control panel page
STEP5: Look for the respective domain name and click on the "setting icon" under action tab
STEP6: Click on the DNS Zone Editor upon pop up show
STEP7: Add / Delete / Edit the DNS record on the page
