We notice that you have just Purchase/Topup Longcode Credits, as to ensure you aware and understand we would like to inform you that local Celcos such as DiGi & Maxis has implemented stringent spam filtering. As a result, your sms message has high possibility of being filtered while performing mass sending via Longcode channel.

For legitimate sms, we recommend client to switch to Shortcode channel.

Kindly contact Trio Mobile Support Team via support@trio-mobile.com as to assist you in converting your balance longcode credit to shortcode credit if you are not comfortable with the delivery result of Longcode.
