How Can I Get My Receipt?

Wish to obtain the receipt for my payment.


Your only receive an email notification of payment confirmation but not any PDF copy of receipt. 



The receipt of payment confirmation is sent as email to your registered email.
Alternatively, you may obtain the invoice remarked as PAID as a payment confirmation.


You may obtain the paid invoices by logging in to your account with us via WHMCS (Billing System). Kindly follow below steps:

STEP 1: Go to

STEP 2: Under Client Login, enter the username and password

STEP 3: Click Login

STEP 4: After login, Go to My Invoices

    - This will list down all your invoices

STEP 5: Go to the invoice with status payment Paid and click View Invoice

STEP 6: The invoice will pop up, click Download to save the Invoice

Additional Information

There is no other format of receipt provided. The invoice remarked as PAID is a payment confirmation / receipt.
