When Will I Receive My Renewal Notification / Invoice?

Issue

Wish to know when will I receive my services renewal notification and proforma invoice for payment action


Symptoms

Your domain / hosting services is going is expire but you still do not receive any renewal notification from us


Cause

The expiry date is more than 1 month ahead or the registered email is not valid


Workaround

You will receive the Renewal Notification and Proforma Invoices automatically sent from our Billing System at the following schedules.

For Cloud Solutions / Server Co Location:
i) Proforma Invoice:  30 days before expiry date (For annual billing cycle)
                              15 days before expiry date (For monthly billing cycle)
ii) Unpaid Invoice Reminder: 15 days before expiry date (For annual billing cycle)
iii) Invoice Overdue Reminder: 1 & 3 days after expiry date 


For Domain:
i) Proforma Invoice:  30 days before expiry date
ii) Domain Renewal Notification: 30, 15, 7, 3, 1 days before expiry date
iii) Unpaid Invoice Reminder: 15 days before expiry date
iv) Invoice Overdue Reminder: 1 & 3 days after expiry date 


For Shared Hosting:
i) Proforma Invoice:  30 days before expiry date
ii) Unpaid Invoice Reminder: 15 days before expiry date
iii) Invoice Overdue Reminder: 1 & 3 days after expiry date
