How to Renew My Services?
Posted by - NA - on 02 August 2010 04:05 PM

Issue

Wish to know how to renew my domain / hosting / other services with Net Onboard

Symptoms

Your domain / services expiry date is approaching but you are not sure how to renew it.

Cause

Not knowing the renewal method of the service to be done on client side.

Workaround

STEP 1: Our Billing System will automatically send the renewal notification and invoice to your registered email address 1 month before the expiry date. You just need to ensure your registered email is valid in the billing system and to alert on any email notification sent from us.

If you wish to renew the services before the invoice is generated, please contact our Billing Department at Supportchain.com where we will manually generate the invoice to you.

STEP 2: Login to http://billing.netonboard.com/clientarea.php to retreive your proforma invoice with payment instructions and proceed with payment deposit to our bank account.

STEP 3: If you have credit balance available in the billing system, you may apply the credit yourself to the unpaid invoices.
Note: The actual renewal process is not completed yet at this stage. You need to inform us on the payment made as for us to carried out the renewal.

STEP 4: If you wish to pay online - via credit card / paypal, change the payment method of the proforma invoice (top right corner), and the system will direct you to the payment gateway to complete the transaction.
