How to use "Ping Plotter" to trace network status

Having network-related problems and unable to troubleshot.
Experiencing occasional or frequent slow-downs, disconnects, or general connectivity issues with an application that uses a network connection to function (web browser, on-line game, stock trading application, Voice over IP or similar).
STEP 1: Download the "Pingplotter" tracert application software from http://www.pingplotter.com/downloads/pngplt_1.exe
STEP 2: Install to your local computer.
STEP 3: Launch the "Pingplotter" at computer Programs Files
STEP 4: You may enter your domain name in the "Address to trace" area to proceed with the diagnosis
STEP 5: "Ping Plotter" will automatically generate the diagnosis.
STEP 6: You may refer to the generated diagnosis identify the network problems.
STEP 7: You may also submit a ticket to us with the print-screen result in .jpg format at http://www.supportchain.com to support department. If you require for our support team further advise.
