How to create an email account in Helm for Windows hosting?

Do not know to create an email account in your windows hosting account (using HELM control panel).




Lack of knowledge in creating an email account.


STEP 1: Login to your Helm control panel. eg:

1.1: If you have forgottern the password, please click the link Click Here if you have lost your logon details
You will receive an email which contain a Confirmation link to reset your Helm Password
1.3: You will receive 2nd email which contain the new password with username for the Helm login.

STEP 2: Click on "Email Accounts (POP3)" and click "Add New" button

STEP 3: Check the box , "Set as the catch all account" ONLY if you need all the account mails need to reach this account.

STEP 4: Check the box ,"Enable Responder" ONLY if wish to fill in the field Auto Responder textbox with the necessary information.

STEP 5: Fill in the "Store & Forward To" ONLY if you need to redirect the mails to a different email address.

STEP 6: Click Save

If you fail to create the email account, please ensure you have followed the Email creation and Password Policy to use a complex password for the creation.
