Your application is utilizing Ajax function. However, you not be able to get the Ajax function to be working accordingly in your shared hosting webhosting server.
You are getting error in web.config file relate to missing dll files.
Windows server 2008 only support Ajax version 3.5.
Download the latest Ajax version 3.5 at http://www.asp.net/ajax/downloads/ as later you will need to update your application code to utilise that Ajax version.
We have provided a sample code of Ajax version 3.5 that is working under Windows 2008 server. You may refer below for your reference:
STEP 1: You may download the sample code at http://www.netonboard.com/download/ajaxsample.zip
STEP 2: Proceed to extract the downloaded file.
STEP 3: Login to your DotNetPanel control panel to create a new sub domain for this testing purpose. You may refer to http://www.supportchain.com/staff/index.php?/Core/Dashboard/Index#u=/Knowledgebase/ViewKnowledgebase/Article/214 for the tutorial on creating a new subdomain inside your hosting control panel.
STEP 4: Remove all the default file inside wwwroot directory of the testing subdomain.
STEP 5: Proceed to upload the extracted files from the ajaxsample folder.
STEP 6: Once the uploading has been completed, kindly access your testing subdomain via your web browser.
STEP 7: You will be able to view a Button icon.
STEP 8: Click on the Button and you will get the result like the printscreen as below:
Once you are able to follow the workaround and get the printscreen as above. You may then refer to the sample ajax version 3.5 sample code and update your application code accordingly as to get your ajax function to be worked in Windows server 2008 environment.
However, if you still unable to resolve this issue by referring to above workaround process, kindly report it to our Support Team by providing below information:
