Do You Send Reminder Before Proceed to Suspend Account?

Issue

Wish to know if Net Onboard will send any reminder before proceed to suspend an account.


Symptoms

Your website and email account are not accessible - suspected being suspended.


Cause

None


Workaround

If your domain / hosting account is due to expiry, our system will automatically send the Invoice Overdue Reminder to you 1 day after expiry date and to inform that the service has been auto-suspended due to non payment.

If your domain / hosting account is due to some other technical issue and manual suspension is done, a Suspension notification will be sent out manually by our technical support.
