How to initiate Live Chat & Live Support Assistance

Issue

Wish to contact Net Onboard using Live Chat for sales enquiries & support assistance other than phone calls & ticketing system


Symptoms

Require immediate attendance for certain urgency issues
eg. request for product info & to inform on your site inacessible issue


Cause

Lack of knowledge on how and where to initate the Live Chat session


Workaround

STEP 1: Please access the site http://www.netonboard.com/ or http://www.supportchain.com

STEP 2: Click on the picture requesting for a Live Chat with agent as below:



STEP 3: Choose the appropriate department and insert your full name and email.

STEP 4: Click Submit

STEP 5: Please wait, an operator will be with you shortly.

STEP 6: If there is no response to your livechat, our operators might be currently occupied in other LiveChat session. Please wait for a while and try again.

STEP 7: You may leave your offline message where it will be sent to our ticketing system. Our respective personnel will reply to your messages according to the ticket queue.

If you experienced delay in response or no response in the middle of Live Chat, it is possible that the Live Chat session has been interrupted due to Internet connection instability between both parties. Please initiate a new session or send in your offline message.


Additional Information


1. Live Support Assistance by Net Onboard is available during normal Office Hour (Mon - Fri 09:30 - 18:30 GMT+8) excluding public holiday.

2. Please leave your offline message if our Live Support Assistance is not available.
