My Domain is under Redemption Period, can I renew it?

I want to know how to renew a domain under redemption period.
Based on whois search, the domain status is redemption period.
The domain was deleted upon request or due to it had expired for more than 40 days.
Kindly contact our Billing Department by submitting a ticket via www.supportchain.com to know whether the domain is still redeemable. Please note that there is a specific period of time which you may redeem the domain.
In order to redeem the domain, there will be an expensive Domain Restoration Fee. Please be advised that this fee is exclusive of Domain Renewal Fee and Hosting Renewal Fee. Below are the total payment summary:
Domain Restoration Fee + Domain Renewal Fee + Hosting Renewal Fee (if any)
